The identification tag must not have been removed from the item.

The item must be returned in a clean, unused, and unaltered condition, in its original packaging, and with any authenticity card supplied.

2.4 Refunds will not include the original postage and packing charge or any return costs. Refunds will be made within 30 days from receipt at our return address and will be issued to the original means of payment.

UK Deliveries:

We dispatch all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24. This service aims to deliver your item the next day, including Saturdays.

You will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. A signature may be required upon receipt.

In the event your item has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

We follow Royal Mail's guidelines for delays and lost items. A package is considered lost if it has not been delivered after 7 working days from the due date.

In such cases, we will file a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf and, subject to their investigation, offer a refund in line with their compensation policies.

International Deliveries:

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked services. The estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

A tracking number will be provided to you for international orders to follow the shipment.

In the event your item has not arrived:

We adhere to Royal Mail's policies for international delivery delays. A package is deemed lost if it has not arrived 20 working days after the due delivery date for Europe, or 25 working days for the rest of the world.

Once the item is classified as lost, we will initiate a claim with Royal Mail, and upon their investigation, provide a replacement or refund as per their guidelines.

2.8 Refunds and Claims for Lost or Undelivered Items

If your item does not arrive within the stipulated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will handle any claims with Royal Mail for lost items.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued once Royal Mail has confirmed the item as lost following their investigation.
