- If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including VAT, provided that:

- The identification tag has not been removed.

- The item is in a clean, unused, and unaltered condition.

- It is in its original packaging and includes any authenticity card.

- Refunds do not include the original postage and packing charge or return costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.

- Refunds will be issued within 1-5 business days of receiving the returned item via the original payment method.

- This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

2.3 Shipping & Delivery

UK Deliveries

- Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24, or next day guaranteed delivery where necessary, which aims for next-day delivery, including Saturdays.

- A tracking number will be provided, and a signature may be required upon receipt.

- If your item has not arrived within 7 working days from the expected delivery date, we will file a claim with Royal Mail. Refunds or replacements will be processed after their investigation.

International Deliveries

- Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked.

- Delivery times vary based on location.

- If your item has not arrived within:

- 20 working days (Europe)

- 25 working days (Rest of the world)

We will file a claim with Royal Mail and provide a refund or replacement following their investigation.

2.4 Lost Items

- If your item is delayed beyond the stated timeframes, please contact us.

- We will handle claims with Royal Mail and offer a refund or replacement after Royal Mail confirms the loss.

- Claims can only be processed once the official waiting periods have passed (7 working days for UK, 20-25 for international).
